Once you’ve added an item to your cart, you can remove it at any time before processing your order by clicking the “remove” button or adjusting the item quantity to the correct number you’d like to order and click “update.”

We have many items that do not contain wheat; however, we do not have gluten-free ingredient certifications from our suppliers and we cannot guarantee our items are gluten-free at this time.

Once an order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your order. That email will contain your Stuckey’s order number and an order summary. Once your order ships, keep an eye out for a UPS Tracking Number via email that you can use to follow your package(s) progress at www.ups.com.

We accept Visa and MasterCard, . In addition, we are unable to process COD’s or offer a layaway plan. We will accept a personal check but contact our customer service team first to confirm the total amount of the order. The check must clear before we release the order.

For your security, your billing name and address must match the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria or that we view as suspicious or questionable.

State laws require that we charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within Georgia and Maryland. A 6% sales tax is added to all items we ship to a Georgia address. A 6% sales tax is added to all items we ship to a Maryland address. Sales tax is not charged for items shipped to addresses outside these two states.  Additional local taxes may apply.

After you have submitted an order online, your order begins to process, and you cannot make any online changes.

To change or cancel your order before shipment, contact us as soon as possible. Representatives are available by phone Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Call 800-423-6171.

Please note that most orders are processed promptly upon receipt and usually shipped within 48 business hours. Please do not wait to call us, as we can ship in less than 24 business hours.

If your order has already been invoiced and shipped, we will not be able to cancel or redirect your order, and it will be your responsibility to return the product to us at your cost and expense.

You can return unopened, non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The product must be in new, unopened, and original condition. It is your responsibility to pay return shipping costs. Please make sure that you retain tracking information to confirm delivery.  Prior freight charges are not refundable unless due to our error.

We do not accept returns on food or candy items.  Once any food or candy item product is shipped from our distribution center and is in route, the transaction becomes a final sale.

If we are responsible for an error by sending an incorrect item or a past code item, or if you feel you received something in error, we will accept the return and pay the freight for the return upon inspection and confirmation that a particular item is defective. You may be asked for photo verification.

Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending back the merchandise. Representatives are available Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

If an item or items are placed on sale after a customer’s purchase transaction is submitted,  a customer may request a refund for the difference under the following terms:

1.  The request must be made within 48 hours of the original transaction submission date and time.
2. Upon submission of an order, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the customer noting the date and time of the transaction, that time-stamp will be used to determine if an order is eligible for a potential refund adjustment.
3.  Shipping charges will apply if the order sub-total is below the freight free threshold of $75.00.
4. Once a submitted order has shipped, it is considered a completed transaction.
5. If the refund request is made after the 48 hour period, Stuckey’s will offer a discount coupon for 25% off a future website purchase.

To make a return, follow these steps:

1. Pack the item securely in the original package.
2. Enclose a copy of the packing list with the order; please keep a copy for your records.
3. Please provide your name, address, and phone number with the returned product if you cannot send a copy of the packing list.
4. All return shipping and handling charges must be prepaid. We cannot and will not accept COD deliveries.
5. Contact us at (800) 423-6171 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned merchandise will be refused and returned to the sender if it does not have an RMA number.
6. Write your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside top of the box.
7. For your protection, we recommend using either UPS or FedEx to return your merchandise so you can track the return of your package to our warehouse.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used for your purchase within 14 days of our receipt and inspection of your product. To complete your return and process your refund, we must verify that the product is in acceptable condition.

You will be contacted directly if there is a problem with your return. You will be refunded the shipping and handling cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
