How do I find a Stuckey's store in my area?

Currently, Stuckey’s has over 70 franchise locations throughout the United States.  Some locations are still the old time stores that you remember from your childhood, while we have also partnered with state-of-the-art travel plazas.

Stores are located as far north as Connecticut, as far south as Florida and as far west as Texas and Oklahoma.

What is the best way to purchase Stuckey's candy?

If you visit our location guide on our web-site, you can determine whether a Stuckey’s franchise is close to where you live or on your planned route for traveling the highways.  If you are not near a Stuckey’s location, then our web-site is your next best bet.

Who owns Stuckey's & the Trademark / Brand?

Stuckey’s and the Stuckey’s trademark are owned by Stuckey’s Corporation, which is a privately held company.  Each Stuckey’s franchise locations is an independently owned and operated facility operated by a franchisee of Stuckey’s Corporation.

Does Stuckey's Corporation own any locations?

All Stuckey’s branded locations are independently owned and operated franchises and are not corporately owned.  This means that all operational aspects of the location are handled at the store level on site or through that store’s corporate office.

Do I have to register to use the Stuckey's web-site?

No, Stuckey’s doesn’t require you to register to shop on our website, but we do encourage it!  The advantage to registering with our website is that it will make your shopping experience easier, faster, and more enjoyable.  Especially if you decide to purchase from us again in the future.

What steps do you take to safeguard my privacy?

We take your privacy seriously.  Although no system on the web is 100% safe from unauthorized access, we have taken steps using hardware and software to protect the information you give us.  We also limit access to our systems to a specified number of authorized employees. If, at any time, you believe that information you have given us has been compromised or misused, please e-mail or contact our Customer Service Department.

General Product Information

What is the difference between Pecan Log Rolls & Pecan Divinity?

A Stuckey’s pecan log roll has a fluffy nougat center with maraschino cherries dipped in caramel and hand rolled in pecans.  Stuckey’s Pecan Divinity has a different lighter texture and has pecan pieces within the divinity itself.  Some people believe divinity is a little grainier in texture on the tongue. 

How do I determine the date on a Pecan Log Roll

Stuckey’s Pecan Log Rolls have a six digit imprint on each wrapper.  The format is XX XX XX where the first two digits are the month, the next two digits are the day and the last two digits are the year.  This date is a BEST BUY date which means that the product is best if eaten by that date.  As an example, 10 10 21 means the product best by date is October 10, 2021.

How do I store an opened and unwrapped Pecan Log Roll?

Stuckey’s Pecan Log Rolls have an eight month shelf life from the date of manufacture.  Once opened, we recommend storing between 68 & 72 degrees in a sealed plastic container or plastic zip-lock type bag.

Can I or should I freeze a Pecan Log Roll?

While you technically can refrigerate or freeze a Pecan Log Roll or any of our pecan oriented candies – we suggest that you don’t.  While it will definitely stretch the shelf life of the candy, what you will find is that it makes the pecans a lot softer and less crisp.  When a Pecan Log Roll goes out of code, it is usually the pecans that have gone stale or rancid. 

Can I buy the Falsa Blankets or Baja Jackets that are in your stores?

While we will sell both our Falsa blankets & Baja Jackets directly to consumers, they have to be purchased in a bulk quantity.  For the Falsa Blankets, they are packed 12 units per bundle and there is no choice in color selection.  The same applies to the Baja Jackets, there is no control over color and they have to be purchased in quantities of 12  by size.  Please reach out to customerservice@stuckeys.com if interested.

Can I find the same products on-line as in Stuckey's stores?

Our online store showcases our most popular Stuckey’s Candy items and certain souvenirs that customers have requested.  If you would like to purchase an item that you saw in one of our stores or would like to know if a specific product is available, please  contact our Customer Service Department or e-mail customerservice@stuckeys.com.

Often times, our stores may have a unique product that they have sourced themselves and your best bet would be to reach out directly to the store and see if you can arrange shipment of the items that you are interested in purchasing.

Does Stuckey's have or shares product recipes?

We are looking to add a recipe section to our web-site in 2020 to include a customer driven recipe-book to highlight different pecan and Georgia based recipes.  You could also look to our Facebook page as a way to see what other people have posted about Stuckey’s and possible cooking ideas…..

How do I obtain allergen information for products?

Over the course of 2019 & 2020, we will be updating each food item on our site with images of both the nutritional panel and the ingredient information for that item.  In the meantime, if you have an immediate question about the allergen information, please reach out to info@stuckeys.com and we will usually respond to your inquiry within 48 business hours (EST).

How do I remove items from my shopping basket?

Once you’ve added an item to your cart, you can remove it at any time before you process your order by clicking the “Basket Contents” link and then either pressing the “remove” button or adjusting the quantity of the item to the correct number you’d like to order and pressing “update.” 

How do I check on the status of my order?

Once an order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail upon our receipt of your order and that e-mail will contain your Stuckey’s order number along with an order summary.  Once your order ships, keep an eye out for a UPS Tracking Number via e-mail that you can use to follow your package(s) progress at www.ups.com.

What types of payment do you accept on this website?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.   We do not accept American Express or Discover Card.  In addition, we are unable to process COD’s or offer a lay-away plan. We will accept a personal check, but contact our Customer Service Department first to confirm the total amount of the order and the check must clear before we will release the order.

For your security, your billing name and billing address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria or that we view as suspicious or questionable in nature.

How do you calculate the sales tax for my order?

State laws require that we charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within Georgia and Maryland. A 4% sales tax is added to all items that we ship to a Georgia address. A 6% sales tax is added to all items that we ship to a Maryland address. Sales tax is not charged for items shipped to addresses outside of these two states.

How do I cancel or make changes to an order already placed?

After you have clicked the submit order button, your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes.

To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. Representatives are available Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST. We are closed during the weekends.  Call 800-423-6171.

Please note: most orders are processed promptly upon receipt and are usually shipped within 48 business hours.  Do not wait to call us as we can and do ship in less than 24 business hours.

If your order has already been invoiced and shipped, we will not be able to cancel or re-direct your order and it will be your responsibility to return the product to us at your cost and expense.  PLEASE REVIEW OUR RETURN POLICY!

What is your refund policy?

For non-perishable items purchased from this web-site, you may return unopened stock within 14 days of delivery for a refund.  Product must be in new, unopened and original condition.  It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs to return the product.  Please make sure that you retain tracking information to confirm delivery.

FOR FOOD OR CANDY ITEMS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS.  Please be sure that you want the product at time of purchase!

If we are responsible for an error by sending an incorrect item, past code item  or if you feel you received something in error, we will accept the return and pay the freight for the return if we want the product back, but you may be asked for photo verification.  As an example, if you ordered pecan log rolls and received a Stuckey’s T-Shirt – we know we messed up and will absolutely fix it.

Please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to sending back the merchandise. Representatives are available Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender at their cost and expense.

Why will you not accept a return of a food or candy item?

We know it may not seem fair, but the reason we do not accept perishable item returns is that we are unable to “safely” resell the item as the product has been out of our control.  We regret any inconvenience this policy may cause.

If we made the mistake and you received the wrong product – we will absolutely fix the issue.

What are the steps to return a non-food item?

To return a non-food item:

  1. Pack the item securely in the original package.
  2. Enclose a copy of the packing list with the order; please keep a copy for your records.
  3. If you are unable to send the copy of the packing list, please provide your name, address, and phone number with the returned product.
  4. All return shipping and handling charges must be prepaid. We cannot and will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  5. Contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 423-6171 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned merchandise will be refused and returned to sender if it does not have an RMA number.
  6. Write your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside top of the box.
  7. For your protection, we recommend that you use either UPS or Fed-Ex to return your merchandise so you can track the return of your package to our warehouse.

When will I receive my refund?

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used for your purchase within 14 days of our receipt and inspection of your product, if not sooner. To complete your return and process your refund, we must verify that the product is in acceptable condition.

If there is a problem with your return, you will be contacted directly. You will be refunded the shipping and handling cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Does Stuckey's ship to PO Boxes?

Generally, no.  Since we are predominately shipping via UPS Ground, this service does not deliver to PO Boxes.  Remember it is almost always best to ship to your office address if possible to ensure delivery of your package.

If you have gone to the trouble to reach this section and read it, please contact our  Customer Service Department or e-mail customerservice@stuckeys.com and if absolutely essential to deliver to a PO Box, we MAY be able to make it happen, but it will not be as quick if you were to order through normal procedure.

Does Stuckey's ship to military bases at home or overseas?

Absolutely – it is a bit more complicated and we have to process the order manually, but we will make sure we accommodate any orders for the military stationed overseas or at home..  Please contact our Customer Service Department or e-mail customerservice@stuckeys.com and we will make sure it happens.

Does Stuckey's ship freight-free?

Stuckey’s offers free UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $49.01 within the continental United States.  We advertise $50.00 for free freight for marketing purposes only and have set $49.01 to make it a little easier to qualify for this benefit.

How does Stuckey's determine freight on orders under $50?

Stuckey’s charges a flat rate of $9.95 on orders up to $24.99 regardless of what is ordered.  For orders from $25.00 to $49.00, Stuckey’s charges $11.95 for UPS Ground Freight within the Continental United States.

When shipping via UPS ground, Stuckey’s is in fact paying for part of the freight on your order as a typical single case UPS shipment costs roughly $15 to $16 to ship on average.  We would love to pay the freight on all orders, but unfortunately it is to expensive to cover orders under $50.00 as much as we would love to be able to….

What if I am shipping two orders that total over $50, do I have to pay separate shipping charges?

Unfortunately yes, when shipping product to two different destinations, each order must be treated and processed as a separate transaction. Any single order over $50.00 will ship FREE via UPS Ground and any single order under $50.00 will have a freight charge applied.

Can I ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

If you are considering an order that you wish shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact our  Customer Service Department or e-mail customerservice@stuckeys.com – FIRST!!!!

Unfortunately, it is significantly more expensive to ship outside of the continental United States and we need to chat with you directly about the cost before we can accept your order.  If you do place an order first, we will reach out to you directly before we ship to discuss what it will cost to ship and see if we may be able to work out shipping through the US Post Office as a cheaper alternative.

Can I ship to Canada or other countries?

Unfortunately, no, we do not process or ship orders outside of the United States.  We have found that due to the import / export taxes and charges that it simply does not make any sense economically.  We recommend if you have to have a Stuckey’s item, reach out to a friend in the States and have them order for you and then mail it to you.  Not the best solution, but if you absolutely have to have a Pecan Log Roll – it is an option!

Does Stuckey's process orders over the weekend?

Everybody needs time off and that is no exception for our hard-working warehouse crew.  A customer service representative is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM EST.  Orders are processed the morning of each business day and are not processed on Saturday or Sunday.  Please keep this in mind for expedited shipping.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

If the item(s) you have ordered are in stock when we receive your order, we will normally ship within the next two business days. If the item(s) you have ordered are out of stock, we will ship them as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. If we split ship your order, you will be charged only for the first shipment if your order total is under $50.00.

If your order is significantly delayed due to a back-order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to determine how you would like to proceed with your order.  If you wish to cancel your order at that time, we will issue an immediate refund.

We do not process any orders on Saturdays or Sundays and no representative is available by phone.

When will my order reach its shipping destination?

At checkout, you will be prompted to select a shipping method for the item(s). After your order has shipped from Stuckey’s, your transit time will be as follows:

UPS Ground Service:
Once your order has shipped from Stuckey’s, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Stuckey’s Corporation can not ship an order to a Post Office Box, unless it is a military box destination – we must have a valid street address in order to process your order.

Expedited Service for faster delivery:
We can ship products with expedited overnight, two day and three day service within the Continental United States. Expedited shipment times are determined from the time your order leaves our facility, not from the time the order is placed!!!  Additionally, expedited service does not include weekend days, only business days / weekdays – if you want an order delivered on a Saturday or Sunday – please call us on our toll-free numbers so that we can determine if we can meet your needs.

Once the order has shipped, you will be provided with tracking information. If you have not received your order after the indicated time for delivery, please contact UPS. Be sure to have your tracking number ready.

Please be aware that we ship from Eastman, GA – therefore an order shipping within the state of Georgia is less expensive to ship than an order shipping to California.
Please be aware that each order requires a separate shipping and handling charge, and is based on the total value of the individual order.

Please note: Regardless of shipping method, on average, we will normally ship your order within two business days, but on occasion it may take longer due to increased order volume due to seasonal holidays or promotions.

What if my store is at the same exit as a Stuckey's franchise?

Unfortunately that is a problem……

While all of our franchise locations are site specific and not guaranteed territories, specific interstates or areas, we do respect and will maintain the right of a Stuckey’s franchisee to be the only one selling product at their particular exit.  We very much value their commitment to the program and want to ensure their success.

Additional, if a store purchases product from us at wholesale, they are not allowed to advertise outside of the facility that they are selling our product, that includes on billboards, outdoor signage or even on gas pumps.

What states will Stuckey's ship to for wholesale customers?

Stuckey’s will ship to any store locations within the continental United States.  Normal freight charges will apply to any submitted order and terms can be extended upon credit approval.  First order must be prepaid by Visa or Master Card and future terms will be determined by Stuckey’s credit department.
