Answer: We recommend you store Stuckey's Pecan Log Rolls in a cool, dry area, between 68 and 72 degrees, away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend storing Stuckey's Pecan Log Rolls in a freezer.

Question: Do I have to register to use this website?
Answer: We don't require you to register to shop on our website, but we do encourage it! The advantage to registering with our website is that it will make your shopping experience easier, faster, and more enjoyable.

Answer: Our online store showcases a sampling of the wide variety of candy and souvenir items available in our stores. If you would like to purchase an item that you saw in one of our stores, or would like to know if a specific product is available, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Question:What types of payment do you accept on this website?
Answer: We accept Visa and MasterCard. Unfortunately, we are unable to process COD's or offer a lay-away plan. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Question: What steps do you take to safeguard my privacy?
Answer: We take your privacy seriously. Although no system on the web is 100% safe from unauthorized access, we have taken steps, using hardware and software, to protect the information you give us. We also limit access to our systems to a specified number of our authorized employees. Question: How do I remove items from my shopping basket?
Answer: Once you've added an item to your cart, you can remove it at any time, before you process your order, by clicking the "Basket Contents" link and then either pressing the "remove" button or adjusting the quantity of the item to the correct number you'd like to order and pressing "update."

Question: How do you calculate the sales tax for my order?
Answer: State laws require that we charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within Georgia and Maryland. A 4% sales tax is added to all items that we ship to a Georgia address. A 5% sales tax is added to all items that we ship to a Maryland address. Sales tax is not charged for items shipped to addresses outside of these two states.

Question: Can I ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Answer: Yes, we are able to ship our products to Alaska, Hawaii. However, before placing your order, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Answer: We are proud to offer shipping to Canada from our online shop. Each order requires a separate shipping and handling charge and is based on the total value of the individual order per the rate table below.

Question: How do I make changes to, or cancel, an order that I have already placed?
Answer: After you have clicked the submit order button, your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes. To change, or cancel, your order prior to shipment, you must contact our Customer Service Department. Representatives are available Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

Please note: most orders are processed promptly upon receipt. If your order has already been invoiced and shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.

Question: What is your refund policy?
Answer: Stuckey's wants you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and other charges.

The item(s) must be returned with all paperwork and proper authorization to insure full credit. Please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 423-6171 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to sending back the merchandise. Representatives are available Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

Question: When will I receive my refund?
Answer: You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used for your purchase within 45 days of our receipt of your product. To complete your return and process your refund, we must verify that the product is in acceptable condition. If there is a problem with your return, you will be contacted directly. You will be refunded the shipping and handling cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Question: How do you purchase a Stuckey’s Gift Certificate?
Answer: Purchasing a Stuckey’s Gift Certificate is easy! Just follow these simple instructions…

  1. Visit our online store at www.stuckeys.com
  2. Click on “Shop Online” and then “Gift Certificates”.
  3. You will have the option to choose between Gift Certificates of different dollar values. Select the one that is right for your Gift Certificate recipient.
  4. You now have three methods to ship available to you.
    1. If you want to e-mail the Gift Certificate directly to the recipient simply fill in the recipient’s name & e-mail in the designated boxes then click the check box labeled “E-mail Recipient”. Now you may proceed to step 5.
    2. If you want to e-mail the Gift Certificate to yourself follow the instructions for e-mailing the Gift Certificate directly to the customer except enter your e-mail address instead of the recipient’s e-mail address. Now you may proceed to step 5.
    3. If you want Stuckey’s to send the Gift Certificate in the mail simply enter the recipient’s name in the designated box. Click the check box labeled “Please mail the Gift Certificate”. Next, enter the recipient’s street address in the text box labeled “Recipient's Street Address” and the recipient’s City, State, and Zip Code within the text box labeled “Recipient's City, Sate, Zip”. Now you may proceed to step 5.
  5. Add your own personal message to the Gift Certificate when asked “Note to Recipient”.
  6. Once you have verified all information is correct, please click “Add to Basket” and then proceed to checkout.
  7. At any time you may review our Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions. Please remember, Stuckey’s Gift Certificates are redeemable only at www.stuckeys.com or by calling 1-800-423-6171.

Question: How do you redeem a Gift Certificate?
Answer: Redeeming your Stuckey’s Gift Certificate is a snap! Just follow these easy instructions…

  1. Visit our online store at www.stuckeys.com/shop/.
  2. Choose your favorite candies, snacks, or memorabilia and add them to your Basket Contents then continue to Checkout.
  3. Enter your “Ship To” and “Bill To” information and then press “submit”.
  4. Review the items in your basket contents.
  5. Enter your Gift Certificate ID within the specified box & click “Redeem”. This will add your Gift Certificate to your shopping cart.
  6. You must also select payment by Visa or MasterCard. This is to ensure that we will have an alternate form of payment for any taxes or shipping & handling charges which may be incurred. Note: if your Gift Certificate’s value exceeds the value of your purchase including taxes and shipping and handling charges, no credit card information will be collected. If this occurs, you will be notified after continuing to the next page. If your purchase is greater than the value of your Gift Certificate, you will need to pay the remaining balance with your selected credit card.
  7. Next, press the “Continue” button. Select your shipping preferences and if necessary enter your credit card information to complete your order!

Shipping and Handling Questions

Question: How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Answer: If the item(s) you have ordered are in stock when we receive your order, we will, on average, ship within the next two business days. If the item(s) you have ordered are out of stock, we will ship them as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. If we split ship your order, you will be charged only for the first shipment.

Question: When will my order reach its shipping destination?
Answer: At checkout, you will be prompted to select a shipping method for the item(s). After your order has shipped from Stuckey's, your transit time will be as follows:

Standard UPS Ground Service:
Once your order has shipped from Stuckey's, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

UPS 3-Day Select® Service:
Once your order has shipped from Stuckey's, you can expect your order to arrive within three business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

UPS Next Day Air® Service:
Once your order has shipped from Stuckey's, you can expect your order to arrive within 1 business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Question: How do you calculate the shipping and handling charges?
Answer: At checkout, we calculate the final charges for your order based on the value of your order and the shipping method selected.

Free shipping is available via UPS Ground if order, before tax and shipping, totals to $60 or more in eligible products. Please note that Gift Certificates purchased on Stuckeys.com are ineligible and cannot be added to your free shipping total.

Each order requires a separate shipping and handling charge, and is based on the total value of the individual order.

Return Information

Question: How can I return a product purchased through the online shop?
Answer: To return an item:
  1. Pack the item securely in the original package.

  2. Enclose the yellow copy of the packing list with the order; please keep the white copy for your records.

  3. If you are unable to send the copy of the packing list, please provide your name, address, and phone number with the returned product.

  4. All return shipping and handling charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

  5. Contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 423-6171 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned merchandise will be refused and returned to sender if it does not have an RMA.

  6. Write your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside top of the box.

  7. For your protection, we recommend that you use either UPS or Fed-Ex to return your merchandise so you can track the return of your package to our warehouse. Please ship to:
