• Canadian value of order is $19.99*1.1072=$22.13
• GST of 7% =$1.55
• PST of 8% =$1.77
• Entry Prep fee [order $20-$39.99] =$7
• Dispersment Fee =$5.85
• COD Service Fee = $4.55
• GST on Entry Prep Fees, Dispersment Fees and COD Service Fee = $20.72
• Total fee is $22.17
